Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The Partial Hospitalization Plan is a short term, 3-4 week community based program that provides support and treatment for adults and seniors experiencing an increase in psychiatric symptoms. PHP provides structured and comprehensive treatment for individuals who are either stepping down from an inpatient setting or wish to avoid a hospitalization, or those requiring closer monitoring due to recent psychotropic medication or life changes. The hours for this program are 9:30-3:00 Monday through Friday.
Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy is offered for children, adolescents, immature adults, adults and seniors. Outpatient mental health services at the Middle provide interventions to those with mental wellness needs. Handling is provided to reduce symptoms and raise techniques in order to maximize wellness and personal potential. Private and support groups are available.
Psychiatry
Psychiatric/nursing services are available to appraise and treat those individuals who may require medication assistance and monitoring.
Residential Services
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) and the Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) are residential services that provide individuals a supportive environs in the customs where they can develop the skills and conviction needed to live in the to the lowest degree restrictive surroundings possible. Both programs offer case managment services, therapeutic groups, medication services, budgeting assistnce and assistance with daily living skills. For TLP, the boilerplate length of stay is eighteen months. The CILA plan is a long term permanent housing program designed to provide 24 hour intendance to individuals who need that level of care.
Child & Adolescent Therapy Services
Outpatient mental wellness services are bachelor for children and adolescents. Handling is provided to reduce symptoms and enhance techniques in society to maximize health and personal potential. A Immature Adult group is avalable for xviii-fifteen yr old individuals to help them gain the skills, confidence and education necessary to transition from school to employment and/or secondary teaching and independent living. Medication management is also available for children and adolesents, besides as support groups.
